Patrick A. Condron has worked in the addictions field for more than 15 years. He received his Master of Science degree in Addiction Studies from King’s College, London, and Virginia Commonwealth University. An associate member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, he is also a certified addictions counselor and executive director of Lazarus House Inc. in West Virginia, a small non-profit residential program for men and women transitioning to wellness and independent living after addiction treatment. An advocate for treatment – not prison – for non-violent drug offenders, he works with the Federal Drug Court Program for the Northern District of West Virginia.
